Why is the price shown different to what my supplier quoted? ▾
Prices on PriceTank are indicative market averages or reference prices — not confirmed quotes. Actual prices vary by postcode, volume, delivery access, and the supplier's own pricing on any given day. Always confirm directly with the supplier before ordering. How our prices work →
How do I set a price alert? ▾
Scroll to the Price Alerts section on the homepage. Enter your postcode, target price, and email address. You'll get an email notification when kerosene in your area hits your target.
My supplier isn't listed. How do I add them? ▾
Use the Suggest a Supplier form. If you represent the supplier, you can provide full details and we'll usually have the listing live within 3–5 working days.
I'm a supplier. How do I update my listing or prices? ▾
If your listing is already approved, use the supplier portal with the link from your approval email. If you haven't been listed yet, submit via the Suggest a Supplier form. For direct help, email studio@colada.uk.
How do I unsubscribe from price alerts? ▾
Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll be removed immediately. If you can't find the email, contact us at studio@colada.uk with your email address and we'll remove you manually.
I've found inaccurate information on the site. How do I report it? ▾
Use the contact form above and select "Inaccurate data on the site". Please include the specific page URL and what's incorrect. We treat accuracy reports as high priority and aim to fix them same day.
